Eagle Creek (Ketchum, Idaho)

700.00

12"x9" oil on linen dibond panel. This one is on sale because there is an irregularity in the surface of the canvas that is only noticeable when you look at it from a side angle in a certain light. I make my own panels by gluing dutch linen to the surface of a panel and this one had a little too much glue in one spot. It looks like two small bumps and I included a photo that shows the imperfection. I didn't even notice it until after I finished the painting!

This was a really fun morning painting with my friend Sarah Bird and our dogs. We met studying at the Grand Central Atelier in NYC years ago and she now lives and paints in Hailey, Idaho.
